About the Building

Our building is located at 1234 Broadway at the corner of West 31 Street.   Building was built in 1868 as hotel.  This area was once the entertainment district in the city. Oscar Wilde is known to have stayed at the hotel during 1882. The building was designated a New York City Landmark in 1979.
